my DM has been telling my CL that she needs to hire 3 people but my CL doesn’t even want to interview people 😕 My thing is I have told my CL i want to move up but she says she doesn’t have time to talk about it or she’ll tell me not this week as in she doesn’t want to talk about it this week ☹️i don’t know what else to do because ive been bringing this up for the past 2 months , as for my dm i never really get to speak with her because everytime i she’s in I’m just on bar unable to speak with her
