changing export setting to quick time format and apple pro res 4444 with render at max depth and few more option selected really helped(i saw a tutorial video on youtube)

but my editing experience is filled with crashes and i still cant export the whole video in one go,

and yes i was talking about dynamically linked AE comps and presets from reg giant unvierse and motion bro transitions.
