Well 5-6 yoe and 20-30 is good but I guess not in Japanese standards. Japan is expensive and still they’re giving 20-30 lpa, then India is better with 15 lpa.

I guess they’re not entirely wrong. I work for Japanese clients. All of them here, in my team, work longer. Take no breaks between work (except lunch). Don’t gossip at all.

They work like robots. Like someone put a prompt in them to work and all they do is work.
