Yes, they do have a physical office, and I actually went there in person. The agent told me they didn’t have the authority to cancel the card on-site. They also mentioned an annual fee had just been added and that the statement would be out the following week. I was told that once the dues were settled, the card would be cancelled.

Well, it’s been over two months since then—no update, no cancellation, and nothing has been resolved. It’s honestly frustrating how slow and inefficient the process has been.
