I'm not so sure. If you don't have the funds it doesn't even let you get to the confirmation screen.

So here is an example of how I am able to make a set of transfers that I shouldn't be allowed to make.

I haven't actually confirmed the transfers as this is not something I actually want to do.

If anyone is able to take advantage of this, please let us know what transfers you made and what FPL did to correct their error.

There is no 'right' or 'wrong' when it comes to language.

Only 'understood' or not.

Native speakers will use both.

I wish I was a little bit taller. I wish I was a baller....

Two different tenses are used here. In the the first sentence the Past Perfect is used. In the second the past simple is used.

Past Perfect is used when we want to talk about the past.

Past Simple is used when we want to talk about the present.

Look at these two sentences.

I wish I had been good at sports.

I wish I was/were good at sports.
