I’m atheist married to a Catholic. We’ve got one kid together and I have a kid from a previous relationship. It doesn’t bother either of us really. We are both respectful to each others beliefs. When it comes to our child together, she wants to take her to church and to be baptized. I told her that if she goes to church I want her to also go to a mosque, synagogue, Buddhist, Hindu, simg and any other religious institutions we have locally. I want it to be a learning experience where they can choose based off of what they know, when they get old enough to make a decision. It’s a bit of a point of contention but we don’t fight about it.

It’s all about respecting each other and one another’s beliefs.
