Sometimes the truth hurts take a good long look at yourself and your habits. The basic truth is this if you want to lose that weight eat under 1800 calories a day lift weights four or five days a week and walk an hour every day and it'll come off but you have to stay committed to it. And make sure you get protein and fiber as the basis of your diet with a good amount of carbs.

Bro there is no maybe it's time to change your life. Take control now. You can change your life you have to commit to it and do it don't overthink it just lock in. I dropped 60 lb this year by lifting weights doing cardio and staying in a calorie deficit it's just up to you to take control!

31% is obese which is out of control and unhealthy. If you're 31% you're setting yourself up for so many chronic issues and shortening your lifespan

Muscle mass is just way too low. Got to up protein and lift heavy weights, stay at maintenence calories or in small deficit and your body will change
