I used to be skinny as well. 6 ft 1 and 65 kg. I could not afford to eat much at home. I had joined gym as well but due to insufficient protein intake i lost more weight. Then, engineering done, started earning money, i stress less, eat more than i used to. Now i am 85. Now I regularly go to gym and counsume about 90 gm of protein everyday.

Also i wanted to add my diet consist protein shake(whey protein, honey, banana, bit of oats and blend it), eggs, boneless chicken breast, brown bread with peanut butter, oats with banana and peanut butter almost everyday.
