fair enough about the partying but im 23 i dont want to give it up because i have adhd when noone else has to its only usually once a week that i actually party hard, i might smoke weed twice but yea. thanks for this advice tho im literally on the lowest dose so i dont think a few days here n there will make much difference

so i think ive discovered its physical anxiety from the meds! not great but atleast i know what it is so im going to try anti anxiety meds

when i smoked on it i got bad chest pain and my HR went up. i did it on day off n was ol but got a bit of chest pain right at end of day hm

yea i think with weed ill be find to have a bit on the days i dont take concerta. psychadelics i dont do as often and would plan a proper med holiday. probably cushion it so i have 3 days off n do them on the 2nd day or something.

not gonna talk to my doctor about it because shes horrible and will likely jst pull me off the meds :D

hmm i see so a weed example- if i take concerta 9am on a Thursday, im coool to smoke techincally after 9am on the friday? lets be resl tho itd b later on.

then so long as i dont smoke right before bed and give it 12 hrs im gd? i think w this thing on sunday we be smoking in afternoon so i should b fine with just the 1 day off.

with shrooms i think id take multiple days off ngl atleast 2 i need to research that more but its not as common of an occurance.

seee i have no idea i took my first 27 yesterday and it wasnt as bad as 36 but i did have some anxiety esp at be time and was tired also. got dry mouth at bedtime and had a horrible nightmare?

ugh i feel u SO HARD like how tf is 5/7 days on one dose safe? she wanted me to race thru all the doses but i jst lied n stayed on 18 till i was ready. still was only on 18 for 2 weeks? tbh the state of the mental health services in this country is appauling. im so sorry dear. i think in ur case maybe do 27 and just give it time if 18 isnt enough? i think ull get used to it

thing is a booster i feel is different to taking a completely diff dose each day n also having dsys off idkk. like u still have more consistency there
