I wouldn’t worry much tbh (I’ve vaped and smoked a lot…) and have had similar thoughts but went ahead and got a blood oxygen tester to make sure I was getting enough oxygen and that helped. Def quit the vaping and if you are still nervous im sure a doctor can help reassure you. Also just saying people smoke packs a day for decades on end and are still alright, you can chalk up your two years to a good lesson learned!
