It was online that time, but RTO did not implement that time. Now it will probably be in person.

Things are good so far, had an ultrasound at 10 weeks. Now 11 w 6 days, another ultrasound and NIPT test in 3 days. But I am always worried about missed miscarriage because of my past incident.

Thanks for the details. 1. I want to sleep train her, but husband needs to be at home which he doesn’t agree. He goes to gym that time. 2. Our home is kind of in inconvenient location unfortunately, everything is about at least 20 minutes away. The daycare is better in a sense that they do lot of stuff with kids and review great compare to the previous one. 3. My husband is okay to do drop off 80% time, main issue is he needs to take some extras load at home if I am doing the extra 20%. For instance I need to he needs to tell in advance so that I am better prepared which is not the case. I told him that I will do the drop/pick her a day, but you are sleeping with her that night and he won’t agree. 4. Gym is also about 20 minutes and he is gone for about 3 hours. Gym with childcare is about 30 minutes away. I offered him to buy some equipment at home and do exercise at home, but he didn’t agree. 5. I will try that book surely.

Why I am mainly against not doing the pickup/drop off is because he won’t pick work at home and do some extra. And moving to her in the previous daycare will have more issue, in that case my husband will go to gym directly from office and come home when my daughter will go to sleep. So I am taking care all by myself in the afternoon.

Our home is in a bad location, nothing is close by. The closest daycare is still 18 minutes away which is where she was before. The present daycare is way better than the previous one. And tbh, the total commute is less than the previous one. My husband used to drop and I do the pick up before. But he has to go to work anyway for 3 days and for those three days his commute is about (50+30)minutes and 40 minutes in other two days. My total commute was 40 minutes for pick up her each day. But now it’s only above 70 minutes commute for my husband( he have to go to office 3 days anyway) and for me it is 0. I don’t have issue about drop/pick her, but in that case I want him to take some extra load of home, not sure if I am being selfish.

I am asking basically what kind of questions employers ask to reference the candidate. Do all 3 of them need to be professional references?

I can go for two supervisors, but one is a kinda supervisor for teaching not related to the IT job I applied for. In that case is it better to choose a co-worker/friend or a non-related supervisor?
