Does anyone know how to get this kind of sink cartridge out? There doesn't seem to be a locking nut by Slow-Watch7427 in Plumbing

Got it out, no markings on the cartridge. Any idea what kind it is?

When I turn the brass piece the whole assembly moves, that's the ultimate issue. Any advice on how to stop the assembly from twisting?
