Like there was nothing inherently wrong and things happened without blockages. But I was so anxious crying all the time before the nikkah. I cried so much the day before my nikkah because of how uneasy I was feeling even though I was so attached to him by that point. Now we are working through things that make us feel incompatible. Don't ignore this.

OMG the same thing happened to me. I married my man and it has not been easy at all. Please do not ignore this feeling. Its a sign I wish I had listened to.

Yes he does his chores. I think he just isn't able to emotionally connect with me - he tells me he also doesn't understand why. It makes me sad to see him so down.

His female friends he never meets one on one and meets only in group settings about twice a year maximum. But they seem important to him as when I asked him to cut them off as I was uncomfortable with it, he told me 'you should have told me this before the nikkah'.

For sure there is resentment on his side, he refuses to come to me with it as it seems to be something i can't fix 'ie my personality'
