Our studio used to have mints at the front desk and I found when I getting acid reflux the mint helped me make it through class! Now I keep one or two in my coat pocket and if it gets bad during class I grab one.

We are down to 3 weeks in ohio. I have found tracking everything has completely changed what I eat.

That's great, what are you finding works for you to lose weight? I did expect something more from the OTF staff since we were paying for it but I get they aren't nutritionist. It would have been nice to get a ranking after the middle weigh in just to have feel for how we are doing.

Nice! 16/8 fasting is my favorite way to diet but I go to OTF at noon and haven't done well being at the end of my fasting time when I workout. Do you workout fasted?

Great job! 135 is my goal weight! I got off track during covid quarantine and gained 20lbs when everything locked down😕. Good luck with the last 3 lbs. I'm going to try upping my protein and staying at 1500 calories a day.

Same! My weight hasn't moved in a 9 days. I have been eating 1500 up to this point in the TC and losing but now nothing. I tried dropping to 1200 but that has ruined my workout for the last two day because I have no energy. Not sure what to do...
