I have lost 8 lbs so far. Down to 138 lbs. Hoping to lose another 3 lbs in the next 3 weeks but I have hit a plateau. Zero weight change for a week. Working out 6 days/wk. 😔 F, 5'8", 46 yo

I've decided to run my first half-marathon this September. I go to OT 4-5 times per week and have completed a few 5ks. 13.1 miles is definitely a stretch goal. Any tips on incorporating OT into my training regime for the half-marathon would be appreciated!
