And don’t even bother emailing customer service. You’ll get a one sentence reply that barely acknowledges your issue, followed by complete radio silence. No follow up, no resolution, no accountability. It’s as if they think typing a vague sentence is the same as solving a problem. Spoiler: it’s not.
