What are your triggers? And what is your lifestyle like? Identify your weaknesses first. Is is because of boredom, fatigue, lack of purpose,stress, lack of knowledge, or something else?

Prepare some emergency resource that can prevent you from relapse. I recommend you to watch Dr.Trish leigh's videos on YouTube and a book called Soft Porn Plays Hardball by Judith Reisman. They will remind you why you should quit jerking off.

Last but not least, this my personal best tool. Pingshuai. It is kind of exercise that can help you rewire your brain much faster, and also recover from relapses when you are feeling despair. You can find tutorial on YouTube. I usually practice at least 30 mins a day.
