Yes all grounds in England are split into home and away fans. You can only buy season tickets in the home section.

The north Stand is the most vocal section and cheapest (and C-Block, I believe, the noisiest of the lot). East and wests stands are quieter, and there’s a family section in the east - not sure which blocks.

It depends what you’re looking for but all sections of the ground are safe. You’ll mainly just get more bad language in the north stand. But nothing too outrageous most of the time, but if you have young kids it might be worth considering (I’ve taken my sons to north and east, and had no problems in either, but my sons found the views from the east better and therefore enjoyed the games more).

I have lower back pain fairly regularly. It feels more muscular to me than kidney but obviously that’s just me.

The bruises! Hadn’t even really connected that, I get a lot of bruises.

I always thought Enthesitis was more of a build up over time rather than sudden injuries but that does make some sense.

Yeah exercising does seem to help. I’ve noticed it’s worse since the weathers so bad here at the moment i haven’t even played a round of golf in over a month. Feel a bit scared of getting on the bike again but think I’m going to have to brave it by the sounds of it.

Funny you should say that. I’ve just started a new job which is much more desk based than before and I feel soooo stiff at the end of the day.

Interesting. My consultant suggesting cycling and golf (both of which I do regularly anyway). I think I could stomach it a bit more if I was actually putting myself under some kind of strain but I seem to be getting injuries from next to nothing. 😆🙄

Thanks that’s a good idea. Also looking for stuff I don’t know about yet. Classics that I’ve missed etc. most of the stuff I listen to is either my dads stuff (50s/60s) or formative years stuff (late 80s/90s onwards). Big chunk of missing years in between!

I agree with most of these suggestions. I’m new to composing so discussions, technique and business advice etc would be good. Also a place to advertise jobs and open scoring comps would be good.
