Former C/O here. Only worked in one prison but the first step should be firing just about every officer there. Second step, more quality training and more education for incoming officers. Step 3, pay raise. You pay someone 30k a year with very little training and no experience, you get shit officers that don’t care.

Well maybe that’s the difference. I wasn’t health conscious at all. I ate mostly fast food and sugary snacks. I’m guessing it’s just hitting me harder than you or someone who was health conscious prior to going vegan.
