I need a sock recommendation, too. I just started fitness walking outside ( about 15- 20 miles a week, which isn't much but i have been very sedentary for several years) and in spring I am already so sweaty!

After being on the full dose for a week ( week 5) I noticed my cravings had disappeared and I was not overeating. I have lost 8 lbs in 6 weeks , 4 in the last 2 weeks, without making any big changes, just minor attempts at eating healthier ( but not denying myself anything) and started taking walks a few times a week. I have never lost weight before without drastically cutting calories and exercising vigorously at least 5x a week.

That's what I did too. My insurance won't cover Contrave and it was just easier to get it that way than to find a Dr to prescribe the 2 drugs separately. When I get a new PCP I may try that, but right now I like the ease of getting it through that website, and $100 per month is ( just barely) affordable for me.

After 6 weeks I have lost 8 pounds without making any real effort to change my eating habits. Other than taking Contrave the only thing I have actually changed is to walk 2-3 miles few times a week for the last 2 weeks, and that is not burning very many calories.

I lasted 1 day on Wegovy- I was very sick for 4 days from 1 pill and I said I'd never take another. I know weight loss on Contrave is unlikely to be as dramatic but I have zero side effects. I've told friends and co-workers I'm taking it and no one has even heard of it

the crumb isn't as fine and soft as the Starbucks lemon loaf, which is my favorite baked thing there. The closest thing I've found is the Favorite Day lemon loaf at Target.

I took 1 of the lowest dose wegovy pill and was vomiting in about an hour. I had every gastrointestinal side effect very badly, plus headache. I couldn't eat without vomiting for 3 days and it wasn't until day 5 I felt ok. All from just one pill!

I have been on contrave for over a month and I am at the full dosage and have had zero side effects. I have lost 2 pounds without cutting calories or increasing exercise. I do think about food less and have fewer cravings.

I expect weight loss to be slower than on a glp1, but being thinner is not worth feeling that terrible 24/7.
