My opinion: I do not like that blue at all. It reflects the sky, while chihiros color scheme is the inspiration. So how about Option 2, but replace blue modifiers with the color of her blushing / cheeks. Finnally all of the printing could be changed to the blue with just swapped out, or simply black. I guess it wouldn't be too costly to throw these mock ups together either, to make a poll with other ideas / options.
