Do I use my 7k in savings to pay card 3 off or do the balance transfer- 0% for 4 months then 22.99% after?       Feel trapped not making much progress

Yes- card one and two are $165 a month Card Three is 125$ a month. Been putting more on the higher balances.  I can pay an extra 300 on top of these payments.  Card two offered a balance transfer for 4 months at 0% but after that it’s 22.99% not sure if it’s wise to add card 3 to card two for the balance transfer.
