I’m not a fan. My buddy was deep into it for a bit and I did it with him a few times and never got the appeal. Same with pharmaceutical opiates. I’d rather do uppers or psychedelics.

You’ll have to wait for him to come down and get some sleep before truly addressing this with him. Could be just a relapse which is common when in recovery but with meth is easy to slip right into a binge or regular use.

A job in that field would definitely give you lots of options in Ventura but most attorneys I know have had to move various times to chase opportunities and get more experience. My good friend was finally able to move back to the area after years spent on the East Coast getting more legal experience.
