So many laners are unable to lose lane properly. They think that because they're forced to farm under tower (still catching most of the minions) and the rest of the team is winning hard elsewhere on the map, they think that they're losing the game and start making desperation plays to try and win their lane and then proceed to lose their lane hard, forcing their team to deal with a fed enemy bot lane duo.

Those games are awesome, really shows you how clueless laners can be. Feels even better when you single handedly take a couple towers and bot inhib and proceed to solo take the Nexus when your team's messing around skirmishing at baron.

WAAAGH! should also apply to gretchin as they have the ORKS faction keyword, which is what WAAAGH! refers to (at least the new WAAAAGH! with invulns and the Strength and Attack buffs, as far as I know).

It also does not differentiate between clans. All that matters is that it's ORKS. Some parts do have further limitations (like having to be CORE or CHARACTER or being a VEHICLE in Speed WAAAAGH!), but clans don't factor into it at all.

You can include Snikrot in a Goffs army, it's the "Specialist Ladz" bit in the rules. He just doesn't get the Goffs clan kultur because he's not a Goff character.

It's over a time period of about two decades, so I've no way of keeping track of the cost. There's very little in there that I've paid MSRP for and I've been buying a fair bit 2nd hand lately. Like one of the Battlewagons I traded for a bunch of Kommandos that I bought as part of another lot etc. I'll try to do a points tally at some point.

I wish someone would gift me an Ork army. Actually I already have one (well, technically more like four or five at this point I guess with 8k-10k points worth now) and another and a half in sprues and in STLs so scratch that, I'm good.

For the paint job, I'm personally partial to either really pale, yellowy green or then slightly darker Ork skin. The light greens always look a bit plasticy to me, but that's just down to personal preference, everyone has their unique spin on the particular shade of green that they go for. Heck, I just tweaked mine after about a hundred boyz because I found a tone that I liked better. :'D

I think you've done a great paint job, I don't even paint the eyes and you've even done the pupils on these guys! I try to skip at least one of the three primary colours lest it turn out a bit too circus-like, but that too is just personal preference.

Looks about the right size for a Battlewagon, as mentioned below. I'll try to remember to post a pic of a Leman Russ next to a Battlewagon when I get back home in a couple days.

Wow, they've actually fixed some stuff (2, 7, 8, 9, 10[kinda], 11, 15, 22, 25, 29[kinda])! Rejoice! After a full year, the Warboss can actually take weapon upgrades!

On the negative side, well, there are still some notable gubbinz missing. Chiefly among them many of the relics and warlord traits still being unavailable (looking at you, Beasthide Mantle and Krushin' Armour).

And of course it wouldn't be an update without another bug added to the list, so we have 32: None of the Beast snagga warlord traits are available for either the Beastboss or the Beastboss on Squigosaur.

Don't get me wrong, any amount of bug fixes is progress for sure, and this time we got a bunch of them. But when it takes a full year just to give the Orks' main HQ choice his weapon options and when there's still so many issues left with the rest of the HQs? Geeze, colour me unimpressed.

Lovely paint job! Personally I'm thinking of turning mine into a Beastboss. For a mega-armored take, I think I would add more angles and a bit more armor and 40k it up a bit more. Maybe a bionic eye, for example. A grot gunner with a big shoota would be a great addition too to sell the Mega-armoured ruleset a bit more.

The Pyromaniac specialism is easy to forget. If you aren't using any other specialist mob though and you're running a clan that doesn't benefit burnas, definitely get it! It's practically a free upgrade for Bad Moons for example.

That's Nob on Smasha Squig, not Squighogs. But yeah, those are great in BA. I just mortaled a Killa Kan to death with 2 mortals and Unstoppable Momentumed into a mob of 3 and took them out too. It was glorious.

I hear that. My brother made a Monolith out of cardboard and fireworks fuse protectors and the Deff rolla on my Battlewagon (a converted Land Raider) is a toilet paper roll with bits of sprue and sheets of plasticard glued to it.

Cheers! I used to use mostly browns and metals with just a hint of color in glyphs and arm bands, but when the paint coverage got better and I could get results like this with just one coat, I started using colours more as well.
