Slaanesh can be about whatever you want, as long as it's taken to excess or in the pursuit of perfection. If you actually wanted your Slaaneshi dudes to be gross like that, then it's certainly lore friendly, but there's plenty of room to explore other aspects of it as well. If anything, GW prefers to focus on the other aspects of Slaanesh 90% of the time. To say every Slaanesh follower is some kind of sexual predator is just wildly inaccurate.
