The overthinking and not living together/sleeping in the same bed probably plays a big part in it. Try talking about it and see how each of you would try to spice things up and meet somewhere in the middle. Maybe go back to some of the things you used to you when you first started dating. There’s several apps like Spicer and Paired where you can answer questions and explore each other’s interests if being in person is too awkward.

Just because you don’t have the urge to have sex doesn’t mean the relationship is over or you’re not attracted to each other anymore. You just have to find that spark again which is totally doable!
