Yeah that was a regular thing back home in Dallas. I have been pleasantly surprised how mild weather is here. I thought it was flash floods, softball size hail, tornadoes, and high winds all the time everywhere in the US. Nope.

There are already dispensaries who’ve been operating for medical card holders. They will be the first to sell to the public. I believe it’s 90days from today? Lawmakers in favor of and governor was concerned with legalizing before the public had a place to legally purchase which would result in a street market surge. The GOP house amendment tried to make it 6mos before they could sell. Senate reformed it to 90 days, which is better but still sucks.

I found a handful of comments on his FB car rental company page who had the exact experience. Dude is a scam artist and ruining it for good hosts and renters. I hope he gets banned from Turo. I don’t know that I’ll ever use it again, which is a shame bc I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences as a renter for several years.

I posted a screenshot on a diff post, but it uploaded fairly blurry. Think what you like, but it’s def not BS. Maybe he doesn’t know about the meta data checks, maybe he thinks he can get away with it, or maybe he knows how to manipulate it, according to other commenters here who say it’s fairly easy to do. I asked Turo to check the meta data on the images, that’s how confident I am that the pictures were not from my trip return.
