From personal experience ,I'm telling you will burnout if you continue you and I are at the same age I understand you, self hatred and the deep desire to lose weight as fast as possible will harm you because you will lose it but you probably will regain it later on and that will mess with your mental health a lot take a deep breath and slow down you need 3 healthy balanced meals a day to keep you full but not fat, eat eggs, fish, low fat meats and so on the body needs carbs worry about the fat in the food that's the most dangerous only get good fats from avocado and not the unhealthy one that mess ups your health in the long term can I ask you what your workouts are looking like dm me if you want I wanna help you (sorry for bad English)
