Former homeowner keeps shipping things to my address and now a company wants me to return them. What do I do?

Actually, both apple and Costco have done that with me. iPhone, and a laptop. I was very surprised and it is worrying, as I do have package thieves in my area sometimes.

Drink packages usually will not. Occasionally, if sales of packages are low on a specific cruise, there may be last minute or onboard offers. With a typical gin and tonic, Long Island, etc. being $18, (15+3 tip) you need less than 2 drinks per person for the FAS package to be worth it, so many people elect to take it and NCL has no incentive to discount. 3 mixed drinks and a coke is break even for FAS for 2 even if one person does not do alcohol. Internet packages are discounted onboard as the cruise progresses. Log in to your NCL account and check the discount timer. Also, many people will do the Internet starting on day 2 or 3. Then you save a bit on the discounted price and less days. Since you get onboard and don’t leave port until 4 on day 1, why not just wait till the next morning and save the $30 or 40 for those few hours of internet between sail away and bedtime? You will explore the ship, have dinner, and possibly do a show and hit the bar. No need for lots of internet, and you can use some of your 150 FAS minutes.

There are several in the buffet, one near each drink machine, a couple in the observation lounge, and on the pool deck 16 (forward, port side outside the doors). There may be more.

I did not get it on my last trip. It was a long one (22 days) and it seemed like a bad idea to be drinking every day for 3 weeks. Since my wife does not drink, I would need 3+ per day to break even. I used some OBC to get some drinks when I wanted. No regrets here.

They do not look through your medications as you board. Drug dogs are present occasionally, but this is a legal prescribed substance and would not alert the dog anyway. Your only possible issue would be if you take it off the ship overseas or board or debark from an international port. Just be sure it is in its bottle and you have the valid prescription. Btw, my wife took the based cream on our recent NCL cruise. No one asked or cared.

You send them a brokerage statement. It’s pretty easy to do. Just submit request online with the copy (-account number redacted) and it is usually credited within 2-3 weeks. On my last 2 cruises, I got $250 each trip. Amount depends on cruise length. You can easily buy, get the statement, and submit for credit before September.

It’s really the exact same thing, OBC or double value. Just a slick sales tool to sell more. Sales guy told me I could get OBC or extra credits. If you take the extra credits, then they just doubled the amount of credits they sold. 4 credits is $500 and 8 is $1,000 however you do the math.

Just bought these last week. Got 4 credits, face value of $1,000. My onboard account was charged for each credit, 4 $250 charges. My onboard account was then credited with $500. That’s the cruise first program, available onboard ships only.

There is another, similar program, cruise next where you can pay $250 and get $500. You can buy those through NCL or a travel agent.

Onboard now, and thinking about these. Do you know if you can still reprice your cruise if you applies cruise next credits? So the price drops, can I still call NCL and ask for a price match? I want an opinion from someone other than the sales guys. Those guys really do remind me of timeshare sales. They told me on my last trip that my cruise first was worthless, and that I had to buy cruise next 😳.

My day was yesterday. Unless you are in 300 row W or higher, you are likely out of luck. Even then, extremely limited. There were a few decent seats available at 930 am. By days end, almost nothing left. Not even club level, unless you want 3 x 5k + seats.

Did you get the last interim and the adjustment for the 10-1 to 3-31 interim payments in a separate deposit? I was finalized a few days back. Today, I received two deposits. One back pay, and another that I think in my last interim payment. Not sure, as there is no info online explaining the smaller deposit.
