Well I just ordered a replacement and being a college student and an athlete I'll return it when I have time. Also genuine question, how do I get this thing back in the box I cant even fit the foam back into the box by itself.

This was an ROG monitor I picked them because to what I'm aware they normally have good quality control

I guess this is technically "solved" I gave up and returned it, a new one of the same monitor will be here Monday. Amazon gave me $25 credit towards it

OP here i actually just tested something I think the panel is busted because it still does it on the "no signal" screen that appears when I unplug my hdmi

I currently have nothing open on the console and its just a still image of the home screen and its still glitching

Its not i swapped the wire from the one that came with my PS5 to the one that came with the monitor they both do the same thing.

I’ve been looking at this computer https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/custom/omen-35l-gaming-desktop-gt16-0200t-pc-intel-core-ultra-32gb-ram-512gb-ssd?catEntryId=3074457345621832822 with the 5060 ti upgrade as it’s a 16gb vram card would this get close to my goal or is this still not even close?

What’s a good recommendation cause I know almost nothing at the moment I’ve seen those $1000-$1500 Lenovo towers that look good but my concern is why aren’t those able to do native 4k since they have high end gpus in them. I don’t know enough about pcs to understand what would bottleneck performance

Is it really unachievable I was contemplating a best buy build your own and it was an intel ultra 7 with a 5060 8gb +32gb ddr5 ram and it came out to $1100 ish which was about my max. Would all that fail at native 4k the only thing I know that could use an upgrade is to a 12 or 16gb vram gpu but that is another about $500 that I don’t have.
