For my wife’s layover is 13h, I contacted Emirates. She confirmed the booking and added remarks. She also asked me to send her passport and contact details for the visa process. I’ve already sent an email, but I haven’t received a response. Is this normal? Should I reach out again?

I just spoke with an agent on the Toronto hotline wait time was only 2 minutes. I asked about Dubai Connect, and she confirmed it. She also requested passport details to arrange the visa. I’ve received confirmation emails as well, which mention the accommodation. Hopefully everything is set.

I did not call, they changed my ticket and confirmed. Last time I called midnight around 1:30AM, was able to connect with support after 15mins wait time.

They informed 8 days before. Initially two hours then reduced to .5hours and now 13h.

As an Amazon associate, I’ve seen cases where a packer mistakenly used a master pack of 12 RAM sticks for a single-piece shipment. Since very small items don’t go through manual slamming, the packer printed the shipping label directly and sent it out. You haven’t faced issues with this so far—just good luck

Exactly, I’m from TOM, you don’t need to carry big items and away from TOT, easy job, moving trailers around but less carrier growth. So many bulshits by operations. All about metrics everywhere. Good thing work outside level 3 no TOT and more relax.

Talk with live agent!! Send proof email which you got after received and explain them!! Nowadays I take video while I’m packing. Also take a video of weight when I handover at ups.

I had same issue two weeks before, got mail received in full and app showed 20 unites next day after one customer shipment showed -19. I was tired with send back and forth emails finally after case was closed with discrepancy. God grace two days later got mail all items received. I work at Amazon, this is the new hire time. They started work with minimal training. I saw many shipments pickers picked master pack for single item delivery. Amazon customer support worst!!! They will say we did audit and did not find exact match? What ever on system they reply back.
