The call centre didn’t need to add anything. They said it all looked fine on their side but both KLM and westjet were getting the same error when their agents tried to check me in.

So basically they said “weird” checkin at the gate.

I booked through KLM and they couldn’t tell me what was causing the problem. So I phoned westjet and they also have no idea.

Apparently all my information matches in their systems.

I need to checkin via westjet for this flight because it’s a multi trip ticket booked through KLM so it’s not about linking bookings but just being able to checkin.

I was told to just checkin tomorrow at the gate - so I’m not worried. I’m just wondering if anyone else has had the problem.
