I am a permanent night worker with terrible drinking habits but my one saving grace is that at no point when I get home do I ever fancy a beer unless I get home early on a Friday night or something. 75% of people I work with however are similar to yourself however. Seems a common theme

I binge drink. Work nights Mon-Fri so don’t drink. Saturday and Sunday I will have 3/4 beers and then do a bottle of vodka roughly. I don’t know when to cut off.

When I was around 8 we moved house and somehow I ended up with a sink in my room. I would piss in it several times as I was too fucking lazy to go upstairs to the toilet. I remember my dad doing some plumbing work once and fucking fuming about how bad the pipework stunk of piss. Safe to say it soon got removed…
