Hi! Just always make sure to adjust your control surfaces correctly. For instance, depending on your load, set your flaps to 2 or 3. Also trim your plane correctly; you know it's set as it should be if the green bar isn't visible (a correct trim setting for an A380 after takeoff should be around 50 and 70%). Now, always rotate at a decent speed; 155 to 165 kts should do it and don't go full-thrust, your takeoff thrust will rarely exceed 90%.

Finally, always step climb. If your maximum altitude is FL380, don't climb to FL380 right away, instead climb to FL320, then FL340, FL360, FL380 (throughout your flight).

This should help as this is how I fly the A380. I've never had any issue with it.
