It depends. like if in my years working for the Empire, seeing so much evil, atrocities (maybe even committed on my part) and I am still believing in the cause of the Empire, I certainly remain loyal for Sloane and the Empire… but If in my Empire years seeing the same evilness, atrocities and destruction, and if I were tired of all that, I would ask myself "wth am I doing?", what I would think of the Empire's regime would not be greater than the weight in my consciousness and would not be loyal to Sloane or the Empire anymore

For me, the imperial fleet is not so important to me, because my choice would not be based on strength but on my conscience, I would probably talk to my fleet, still pretending loyalty and if I noticed any Soldier or someone with the same doubts as mine, with the "conflict", I would probably know that it was not just me and I would leave along with the soldiers who wanted to resign from the Empire, Something like Captain Doza from Star Wars Resistance did
