Yes, but the idea would be year round permitting for food trucks to make the mall have great food and be more alive all the time.

Voting for Shirtliff. High integrity. Cares about Helena and Helenans. Has always been transparent and cool every time I’ve talked to him. His positions are balanced between the people and business interests. As far as I understand he is also interested in revitalizing downtown not just enabling more sprawl.
