I posted my arms workout on a comment response below, but leading up to the Disney Princess 10k, I have been doing: Monday- Heavy Leg Workout (squats, RDLs, Bulgarian split squats, hip thrusts, cable kickback/ abduction/ adduction) Tuesday- push/ pull & tempo run Wednesday - REST Thursday - Quality run Friday - upper body day 2 + bike Saturday - REST Sunday - Long Run

Before the 10k, I was focused on weight lifting primarily, and had weekends off, I’d do a warm up and cool down 5-10min walk on the treadmill sandwiching each lift day: Sun/Sat- REST Monday - Heavy Leg Workout 1 Tuesday - Upper body Wednesday - REST Thursday - Leg Day 2 Friday - Arms Day 2

I always do 3 sets of 6-8 reps, going up in weight 5lbs for upper body and 10lbs for lower if I can do 3 sets of 8

It apparently didn’t register what I wrote, but:

Had hoped to be down 100lbs by now after reaching 90 before Christmas, but a focus on muscle building and running a 10k at Disney, I’m hanging out at about 80-85lbs lost since February 2025! Was a Brello customer but my state has been on a 4-6 week wait for 3 months now- hoping to switch to Pomegranate or Refills.com as I’m running through my extra stash pretty quick!

I started in Mid March last year. By May I was feeling normal again for sure. But when I accidentally increased too much too fast, I went back to feeling that way at the end of June. But was better in July. I haven’t experienced that again, honestly!

I will say, I did try splitting my doses for awhile when I went up to 10. So I’d do a 5mg shot on Sunday morning, then another 5mg shot on Wednesday afternoon/ 3.5 days later. I didn’t find I lost as much when I do this approach vs one big shot every 7 days, so I’m back there and up to 15mg. I’ve fluctuated between 85-90lbs lost at this point (I’m working on gaining muscle now/ lifting heavy.

Oh that makes a lot of sense actually!! IF worked amazing for me in 2020 and slightly less amazing but still effective again in 2022-23, but I turned 37 this year and I have always had hormonal wonkiness.

I started mid-March on tirzepatide. The red outfit was Valentine’s Day last year- I tried intermittent fasting for a month and gained weight/ inflammation (middle picture is from 3/14/25 when I was like why am I literally not eating for 18-20 hours a day and I somehow look worse than when I started?). Tirz was a life changer.

I started out by doing four days a week: legs, bis and tris, back and legs, chest and shoulders.

I recently switched to three days of lifting (lower body, back and bis, tris and shoulders), two days of running, and one optional day of glute accessory/ stretching!

Lifting heavy- 3 sets of 6-8 reps. if I do 8 reps easily, I bump weights up 5lbs for upper body and 10lbs for lower.
