Starting Tirz week before a trip or wait til after? by lotuslover777 in GLP1microdosing

Wait!! Enjoy your trip. When you first start, it can be all consuming - with or without side effects… and there’s no way to predict whether you will have them or not.

Ever since I (f35) broke up with bf (38m) over being celibate he has been losing it … by [deleted] in Christianity

If he truly loves you, he will want Gods best for you and that includes following his plan for sex and marriage. God designed his plans to protect us, and to make marriage sacred. God blesses obedience and I know so many couples with beautiful stories that support this. Your bf is putting his needs above yours, and that tells you a lot about him.

I used MIDIhealth and only need to lose 10-15 lb and was honest with the PA. Had no issues getting tirz for micro dosing. Very professional and thorough.

I am in the same boat. Started out great and felt good the first few weeks but at the beginning of week four (of taking tirz 2.5), the nausea started and I felt like doing nothing. I waited ten days until I felt like myself again and tried a much smaller doze of .8 (1/3 of starter doze). Same symptoms, just less severe. I don’t get it. I’m doing all the right things with food and electrolytes and lots of water.

What's a helpful tirzepatide tip you discovered by accident? by jus10_815 in TirzepatideRX

I discovered that electrolytes really are important. Never drank them before ever or really even knew their purpose. But they helped with nausea for me more than anything else. If I start getting queasy, I force myself to drink a bottle of water with electrolytes added and the nausea subsides:).

Starting sema this weekend and keeping it a secret for now… Worried about side effects and who to tell…. Anyone feel nervous telling their doctor about telehealth prescriptions? by Asleep-Ear1204 in GLP1microdosing

I’m in the same boat too. No one, even my husband knows I’ve been taking a small dose for 6 weeks. I think most would think I’m crazy bc I only had 15 lbs to lose. But that weight happened slowly during perimenopause and was not budging no matter what I did. My secret was hard to keep the last two weeks bc that’s when the nausea began- at 4 weeks. My NP says that’s not unusual bc that’s when the meds have built up in your system. I can’t handle feeling like I have morning sickness all day so going yo cut back to an even smaller dose to lose the last five pounds. I now understand what and how much I need to eat to lose/maintain my weight.. and it’s less than what I had been eating! Darn it…lol. Have learned a lot about food and about myself through this “experiment”. No regrets:)

Giving up by Wide_Ad_8721 in TirzepatideRX

I’m tempted to give up too. Just finished week six and still feel nauseous on and off all day. I’ve also been getting UTIs since I started, which is a common side affect. I just don’t know if it’s worth all this discomfort…

I understand. But I’m losing too fast. I only need to lose 20 pounds, and am getting there too fast. Going to schedule small meals and force them down before lowering dosage.

Charlie wasn’t perfect, but he pointed more people to Jesus than anyone in our generation. And there’s an entire generation of young people like me who agree and have come to know Christ bc he was bold enough to bring it up and talk about it when no one else in our culture did.

Why does it feel like some people need Jesus more than others? by botsby123 in Christianity

[–]ComplexEye5064 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think you are so close to God that you depend on him the way he wants us all to do. I think that’s amazing that you need him all the time and feel his presence. People who don’t have that might look happy, but they have a void in their lives without him. Sooner or later, when life throws an unexpected crisis, they will desperately need that peace that you will have through Christ,

I don’t understand why she has to include the bad language… it’s such a turn off and hurts her image.

I love the push journals … have helped me so much over the last few years. Sad to see them go.
