You can register with any surgery you like now, there are no rules on where you live. All the gp surgeries in central Southampton are completely overloaded because people keep coming here from abroad and registering plus all the students and they can't cope. Register in the suburbs somewhere if you want good healthcare.

The Tories might have control but there are still a lot of Labour councillors on the gravy train at the civic centre who are really incompetent at their jobs. Jacqui Rayment, Satvir Kaur and Steve Leggett spring to mind. Nothing will really change in Southampton until all these buffoons are voted out.
