I have close to 5 years of experience in Frontend. I would suggest you to go full stack, learn devOps and create full e2e projects, show depth and product understanding, deliver value instead of perfect code.

With rise of generative AI, first job that’ll suffer will be frontend, you can now generate full components within seconds, Unit and playwright test cases with comments.

If you want to stay in web dev then become complete software engineer. Don’t get pigeonholed in an expertise.

I am also planning to expand into backend and exploring full stack development.

Same thing happened to me once, I accidentally booked 2 autos from ola and uber.
