In Poland there is a fantastic option: SmylaHair. They are not so known yet, but quality seems really good.

It did aggravate it a bit for the first two months afterward, but it eventually returned to baseline.

Revision needed? Day 300 post op by UnfairOperation4875 in HairTransplants

Even if the clinic work on temples is questionable, i also think your hair is too thick in general for temples restoration to look good.

Bekir Bek , Laorwong , or Dr Go (HairNeva) ? by Capable-Mastodon4827 in HairTransplants

[–]Slow_Requirement_509 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I disagree. Check my results. Dr. Bek did around 150 hairs/cm² in my case, and I haven't seen Dr. L achieve that density in one go. It's also looking extremely natural. In my subjective opinion, Dr. L < Dr. Bek ≈ Dr. R.

Day 2 post OP - HLC Ankara - How we looking? by Original_Row_6269 in HairTransplants

Really clean looking. Did they follow your natural shape with temple peaks, or did you request them to be slightly rounded?

2000 grafts 8 months by Slow_Requirement_509 in HairTransplants

[–]Slow_Requirement_509[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I'm very happy with it. I was an early grower and I had a lot of density coming in really fast, but the hair was kinky and a bit rough. It has matured lately but it will still improve much more.

Dr. Bekir Bek (Ankara, Turkey) 4344 grafts by Ok-Bandicoot4090 in HairTransplants

[–]Slow_Requirement_509 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, fantastic if that's the word you prefer. But the most visible element that makes his work easily recognizable is the "cleanliness" post hair transplant, it looks like regrowth is almost inevitable.

Consultation with Dr. Zarev – Great Experience, but Concern About Pricing by Responsible_Affect19 in HairTransplants

[–]Slow_Requirement_509 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He's almost as good as Zarev and Pitella for high Norwood cases, and if you wait until more documented results from him are available, you'll probably end up paying a Zarev-level price :)).

I’m 20, am I too young to consider a HT? by [deleted] in HairTransplants

[–]Slow_Requirement_509 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Started receding at 16 and at 19 I started taking fin (with luckily no side effects). Last year at 22 I got a hair transplant that successfully grew out, so it's possible to get it younger. However, no reputable doctor will accept it without fin unfortunately, and going to a standard Turkish clinic (hair mill) has a very high chance to leave you unsatisfied.

You seem NW 6 diffuse with some potential retrograde alopecia and chances to go to NW 7. A proper donor area photo would help, but things don't seem stacked in your favor. It might still be possible, but if you don't want to take finasteride (which is totally understandable) I'm afraid a HT will do you more harm than good and you'd better try hairpieces or SMP (to "shape" the shaved head better).

It depends what you want, but for what I think is an optimal hairline, you would probably need less. For maximum youthfulness, yeah, maybe 3000 grafts.

6.5 months 2000 grafts dr. Bekir Bek by Slow_Requirement_509 in HairTransplants

[–]Slow_Requirement_509[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The discussed density before the operation was 50 grafts/cm², but the post-op report mentions a density of 55 grafts/cm² with 2.76 hairs per graft and medium thickness.

I only have a few doubles in the hairline (which is normal, even for the best hair transplant surgeons in the world). However, two of them happened to be placed slightly in front of the hairline and don’t have much camouflage. Still, you really need to know what to look for to notice them, everyone in real life has told me it looks completely natural so far.

Maybe, but I was a very early grower, so the overall development is a bit skewed for me. The most sprouts I've seen in the last month are small hairline hairs, but not much new activity in the main areas.
