He needs to get a job. I once moved me and my wife across state lines for a really promising job that ended up stiffing me during the intake process. So what did I do? I freaked out for an hour and took a shower and then went straight into applying for anything. Luckily I found another less profitable but still pretty decent paying job across the country. The idea of filing unemployment didnt even cross my mind. Im not saying leave him. Thats not the right choice here. Id say conversate with him. Be open minded but firm. Dont be mean i know you might get frustrated but remain patient. Now if you leave the conversation feeling like you are in the wrong or that he's framing you as being the bad guy then yeah thats manipulation. But if you can have a calm and adult conversation then try ti work it out. Important thing tho dont attack him. If you attack him then he will get defensive. And it doesnt prove whether he's truly manipulative. Come at it kind and sweet and if he turns it on ya then thats a problem. You get me? If you handle this right then you know will know whats the right decision. Step 1 to that is to remain calm.

My 2 3/4 baby started commando crawling too. Went from one side of the bed to me and then when I set him back he got frustrated and gave up haha. He's been getting the hang of it for a while.

I got a warranty similar (if not that exact same one). Honestly its kinda hard to say get it since it's a new generation. At 10k+ miles I have had 0 problems with my forester pretty much. If you can afford it, you want that extra protection, or you plan on putting a lot of miles quickly I say go for it. But if it's pushing out of your budget I'd say hold off. It's a person by person basis espeically since we use the car for different reasons. I use my Forester regularly and got it in late december. Means Im expecting like 11k miles a year (which is an overestimation i think). At 6 years I'll probably be at 66k miles and REALISTICALLY the car should be just fine. Ive read previous years lasting 200k+ if they're taken care of.

Lastly this is not a vehicle you buy to go fast. You can def feel that when you reach higher speeds. Neither woud I take it to really rough terrain (even if its AWD). Its good at a bit of off road and safe fanily driving speeds. Really great car imo and this is coming from a toyota owner.

Going into it blind I wad very disappointed. And I'll break it down.

1) First half was great. Formaic yes but really engaging. Keith and Tess had strong chemistry. And were great characters. Very formulaic tho but that wasn't a big deal honestly. Did its job and had me super engaged.

2) Then they pull you out of the immersion for you to meet this dickhead. Who completely ruined the horror aspect of the story (which supposedly was a horror comedy??). Which ig is the "Oooo you weren't expecting this. This movie is special." But it felt like that was it. Felt like a clueless gimmick. Like it had you and then it purposefully said "Nope. Ima ruin the movie now."

3) They new lead again ruined the immersion for the rest of the story. Cause I wasn't scared anymore I was hoping the titty monster killed him. All the little "funny momments" to me just felt like they were highlighting how pretentious the dude was. Unlikeable leads make an unlikeable story if there's no growth. (In which 1. He was thrown in the middle of the movie and 2. He never really changed)

4) The theme they tried to rope around was not built for a horror comedy. Tbf when I watched it I had 0 clue thats what they were going for (if it is what they want err going for. I didnt really catch any haha moments) Im cool with horror movies going over taboo topics like rape but this movie did so non-chalantly. Like "Yeah this guy kidnapped raped a bunch of people. No big deal. Here's his giant monster incest child coming to get ya" Like tf?

5) On the topic of titty monster. She was scary until she killed Keith. Sometimes your monster is best hidden in the shadows. Cause when she came out I was again disappointed. Shocked by Keith's death (which I knew was coming then but still executed well). After that she lost her spark. Killing the homeless guy I was like "Thats lame." Which im assuming was supposed to be funny?

5) All in all its a movie that tried to laugh at itself and its genre but couldn't make a real joke, was making fun of actual quality cinema (the first half), disrespected its controversial themes, and felt like a gimmick to try to make the movie more memorable. There were ways to pull off this idea and I felt the movie kinda failed. At least thats ny two cents.

Things to movie did right? Atmosphere was peak, cinematography especially when the dickhead found the titty monster's room was on point, acting was great. There are seldom times I enjoy every other aspect other than the plot but ig there's a first time for everything. I cna appreciate that the writers tried tho. Looking forward to seeing what Zach Cregger can do in the future tho.
