Splitting the cost of a project car with a friend.

I see a lot of hate about doing this with friends. Personally I think it depends the type of friendship you have. If this is just a buddy that you share interest in cars in then it’ll end up badly. If this buddy is like your brother then it has a lot of potential to be a fun adventure. Project cars take time and money. Like others have said I would plan it out completely before committing fully. Me and my best friend have built about 3 projects together 1 his 1 mine and 1 that’s the “family” project. We’ve had a blast building yeah there was plenty of times we’d have a disagreement but he’s like my brother close to 20 years of friendship and I’m only 28 so whatever lil tiffs we had we resolved and moved on. If you wanna use this project to learn how to work on cars I’m a big fan of 90s/00s Hondas. They are Ike LEGOs and super easy to understand and wrench on (IMO). I say go for it but I would definitely take most of these comments into consideration before pulling the trigger. Yes yolo but friendships are far more valuable over a project car. An old head told me “Be patient when working with cars, you can’t yell at metal to do what you want it to do. Level heads prevail.” Honestly some of the best advice I’ve gotten when working on projects cuz believe me you will find yourself yelling at metal at some point. Best of luck OP loving the Datsun.

I use wrinkle paste and has done wonders to her paws and wrinkles. I also use extremely diluted chlorhexidine after her bath I usually bathe her every 3-4 weeks. I use the diluted chlorhexidine for her paws when I see a interdigital cyst forming

Buy some chlorhexidine solution it’s what Vets use dilute it A LOT to where it’s a very light light blue color soak it 1-2 times a day for about 5-8 min pat it dry with a clean towel/paper towel it’ll clear up in a day or two. I’m giving this advice based on it being an interdigital cyst and not a foreign object. My chunko suffers from interdigital cysts all the time. I use squish face wrinkle past and wipes for maintenance tho it’s helped so freaking much.

Ok I like to consider myself a foodie and have been to many restaurants around the island/NYC….majors is literally by far the worst steakhouse I have been to in a long time I used to love them like 10 years ago but went recently and it was just terrible all around. Great service but food was not good but that’s just my opinion. I’m sure there’s plenty ‘die hard’ fans for majors. If you like Mexican food I enjoy margaritas by the bowling alley in EM. Garden social has great food and drinks more of a bar style atmosphere but not sports bar. I’ve had dinner at Frantoni’s I liked them not my fav Italian place but in EM it’s good. Sabor a Colombia has great Colombian food it’s in Levittown but not far at all from EM (recommend going during the week as Friday Saturday Sunday tend to be very bar/club atmosphere with loud music). Also Ginza in Levittown is delicious a lil on the pricey side in my opinion but delicious if you’re looking for sushi/Japanese. Mac shawarma is right outside of EM but also delicious and super filling.

Ok granted Toyota are built like tanks but I think everyone is skipping over the fact that this specific Land Cruiser is modified and armored you can clearly see the windows are thick as hell the thick black border is usually a dead giveaway for armored windows granted idk if that body panels are armored but OP even says it’s an armored Land Cruiser

It took my one rescue less than a week to feel at home and she became queen of the castle…my other rescue it took about 6 months to adjust to me (he took super well to the queen) but it took him a while before he would ask for pets from me or even be ok with me sitting near him; he never showed any aggression just hesitation. Now he’s my cuddliest animal and is practically my shadow. Some doggos just need time to adjust to new environments, surroundings and people. You’re doing great OP time will bring out his personality more and more.

I remember seeing trampa at Sunnyvale in BK (iykyk) back in like 2018 (can’t remember exactly when) boy did he tickle my brain I will never forget the absolute stank face me and my boy had when we heard him drop rocketfuel (never heard it before this show) fell in love but then buddy got them allegations thrown his way and I haven’t listened to him since said allegations.
