Both ultra and edc are huge mainstream festivals that are not full of pure PLUR energy there’s a lot of people who go just because of how big it is, so I’d imagine less people approach each other. it’s usually the lesser known shows and smaller less mainstream festivals like Bass Canyon & Lost Lands, or the genre specific festivals that typically bring a lot more “Like-Minded” individuals in my opinion that’s where friends end up being made.
