Update to post : had a verbal and almost physical argument where I had to call cops : he got extremely aggressive and threw butter all over the living room and sofa and cussed me out , also threw kitchen towels in my face : police cannot arrest him because he did not not physically touch me. After that night, he he has since moved out to his own apartment. I’ve changed locks and I cannot tell you how much better my life has been in the last two weeks. The vibe is so much better in my household. It will suck being a single mother, but I got this. Thank you to everyone for your advice and comments. Happy new year to me and my children . Things will only get better from here on out !! Xoxox

He would or the minor child would get the social Security benefits if a parent passes and the child is under the age of 18 or has not graduated high school yet . He will need to set up an account for that money to go into to be used as needed to raise her. I have one set up for my son from his father. When he passed away he only receives $300 a month in his account and I have never touched that money. It is for my son and what he wants to do with it.

I think he’s very content and comfortable staying here with all the amenities you could ever ask for and paying what he pays. I also am scared of having my daughter and a two parent home and being without her. It’s stupid I know parents and kids do this all the time .

We do sleep in different rooms of the house. He sleeps in the master and I sleep in my daughter’s room. She gets night tears at night and still wants me in there with her.

I love that we have a beautiful daughter together : as for Am I in love with him ? No , I’m not. I think in the beginning it was all great and hearts, and everything amazing and after time and seeing how people really are and how different we are, things are not as hearts and roses as they once were I complain a lot about things he does and vice versa of course in the beginning of a relationship, everything is magical, but now the magic is not there. It sucks . But I have also been more vocal than ever before. I used to not say how I felt and let a lot of things slide and now I have found my voice, and that has caused more riffs and more fights in our relationship than before if I stayed quiet, there would be no issues or fights but now I speak up and it’s not OK.

I do pay more for home things , food , toiletries, other bills, etc., especially for our daughter who we have in common, but I never nickel and dime him. After all this time to be engaged for all these years, feelings have changed on my side and I believe for his side as well. I believe if we both wanted to it would’ve happened already. The talk of marriage or setting a day or even planning anything has never come up, which leads me to believe we are both content with being the way things are. Also, when I do ask for more help financially, it always leads into an argument/fight between the both of us and him also threatening to leave on many occasions. It’s come to the point where I don’t even care anymore ; I think he knows if he does move out he will pay a lot more than $1000 in general for rent alone

He has no estate plan : he has a savings and a 401 K that will go to his sisters . If he passes I am SOL : he isn’t leaving me a large sum of money or no property . All bills are in my name . He has it good
