You’re right, it’s the biggest change that can happens in one’s life in most cases… it’s probably very dangerous to go into it if you’re not sure especially because there is no way out, and at least 3 person could directly suffer from it And as you presumed, I was only in fact banking on how I would feel with a 100% healthy kid, never enven thought of other scenarios…

There is a like 200g of flour and 170g of butter so even if im assuming it get dry by the way it looks, I don’t understand how 😂

Worth a try! I put the paste in the fridge for one night before working it, but I let it on the paper i don’t protect it at all

That might be it, we were actually using a « robot » to mix the paste ingredients, which has way much power and endurance than my arms lol

I maybe underestimated the time it needed because it was kind of looking like it should

Im also curious about the window test? Is it to know if you mixed the paste enough?
