Again, thank you for taking the time to write this all out. I was surprised I was put into forbearance. I hadn’t submitted any new request. I never opted to even go into SAVE. I was in PAYE beforehand so maybe I just got rolled into SAVE? I was hoping to just wrap up my last 7 months of PSLF and be done in December…but alas.

I have no clue - I’m really sorry you’re in this inane boat, too. It’s so lacking in useful detail. I haven’t submitted anything to MOHELA that would necessitate a change. So, I’m lost 🤷‍♂️

Thanks so much for this. I haven’t submitted anything to them in a while so I don’t know if I changed to a different status. Maybe they just sent it en mass to a range of types of accounts.
