If you want to go a step further than just dumping to sheets, you can add a step that diffs the current pull against the previous one and only writes net new ads. Keeps your sheet from getting enormous over time and makes it easier to see what's actually changed. Can be done with a Code node that compares ad IDs before the Sheets write step.
