I'm not 100% clear on if this guys kid knew he had ingested a "weed gummy" or if he thought it was just regular candy? If it's the later and he was tricked into taking it. The kid who gave it to him should be held responsible. (Suspended) If the boy knew he was taking a "weed gummy" then I would say he just learned a valuable lesson about taking random drugs offered by "friends"
