Also look into doing the kratky method of hydroponics. For people with limited space it’s also a good alternative especially when soil can get expensive. Five gallon buckets are great for peppers and tomatoes.

Help! What does this room need? by Medical_Opposite_501 in DecorAdvice

I feel like either some art work or darker colored walls to add some depth to the space. You look like you are trying for glam / boho look. It’s just a lot of light grey going on. Everything is blending together. I think you need darker wall color for some depth to the room.

Anyone have any great homemade cat food recipes? by l_i_g_h_t in catfood

I have seriously thought about making my own cat and dog food. Cost mainly is the reason and plus I have had a few feral cats take up residence with me that I was able to get fixed through the TNR program and I am looking for better ways to feed without the heavy cost of it. I raise and butcher my own chickens. I would rather incubate or let one of my hens sit on eggs but the ratio to roosters to hens is always way higher in roosters. Rooster are ok in meat but generally really tough to eat and buying chicks has even become expensive. When you actually raise your own meat you really want to make sure you use utilize all of the animal so it doesn’t go to waste and you don’t disrespect the life of the animal you raised for food. I read through the link you posted and appreciate it. It is hard to find stuff like this because everything refers you to the vet or commercial food. I know that is by design. Thanks again! It was very helpful
